General
What exactly is this service?
We rent you a number that does cool stuff. You tell people this number instead of your real number, and our system can handle the incoming calls with the routes you build.
So what is a "ROUTE"?
A route is a rule for how to handle a call. It's what decides how to connect an incoming call to a particular service.
What sorts of services do you provide?
The core of the service is the call forwarding, and it doesn't work unless people are directed to call your rented number. But once you get the number out there, our routes can send calls to any phone you wish, or voicemail, or we can reject the call outright.
Billing
How does billing work?
First of all, NO CONTRACTS. We use an up-front pay-as-you-go system to keep your service active. You add funds to your balance, we deduct from this balance over time. You can add more money at any time. We also have automatic recharge available.
Why are numbers billed weekly?
A couple of reasons. Firstly, weeks are always the same length. It makes the math easier. It also allows users to rent for a single week, which is nice.
Why don't you accept payment option ______?
We may add Paypal, Google Wallet, and other payment methods in the future if there is enough interest. Credit cards are fairly universal and easiest for us to process at this time.
